Your Bicentennial Ticket covers the cost of all weekend events from Friday night Sippers to the Monday Roll Call and Signing of the Oath.

Shortly after your ticket purchase, you’ll recieve a digital receipt for your ticket.  As it gets closer to the event, you will receive both a hard copy ticket in the mail and a digital pass for the weekend.

We have been working on partnering with all the nearby hotels to get group rates for that weekend. Most hotels will not let us reserve rooms more than a year out. We will publish a list here as soon they become available. 

Additionally, there will be a limited amount of Lawn and Range Rooms available for the Bicentennial weekend. UVA Housing won’t open up rental options for rooms for Summer 2025 until at least November 1st, so check back.

Of course! They will need to purchase their own ticket for the weekend festivities.

We are working with UVA Alumni Association and following their model of childcare that is successfully used for UVA reunions. 

The Bicentennial Banquet is a not a black-tie dinner. It is black-tie optional (though encouraged). The most important thing is that you attend and are comfortable for the evening with all your favorite Society friends.

In order to ensure the event is accessible to all, we have created three categories of tickets: one each for Current Students, one for Young Alumni (graduates from the Class of 2019, through 2024) and one for General Alumni.

We are not an alcohol distributor so we cannot legally sell the Bicentennial Bourbon. But we are allowed to give the Bicentennial Bourbon as a thank-you gift for a donation.  So go ahead and get some!

Thank you for your donation! These Bicentennial Bourbon will be available for pickup at the Bicentennial event in 2025. As it gets closer to the event, you will receive an update on the bottling process and your pass to pick up your Bourbon.
