7:30pm – 7:45pm: Welcome Remarks 

7:45pm – 8:45pm: Prioritize 1950s to 1970s 

8:45pm – 9:45pm: Prioritize 1980s to 1990s 

9:45pm to 10:45pm: Prioritize 2000s to 2010s 

10:45pm to 11:45pm: Prioritize 2020s

After 11:45 it is a free-for-all until there are no further members who want to speak; meeting will conclude when all are satisfied. Note: The times listed above are loose approximations and content from any year may be given at any time

Special Rules for the Bicentennial Meeting:

The rules for the Bicentennial Meeting shall be that the amount of time that may be requested for oratorical and literary content is limited to a maximum of seven minutes and each piece of content is limited to a maximum of two extensions for a maximum of two minutes each. Any debates will be conducted in the “motion to challenge” format of four-minute constructives by each side, followed by two-minute rebuttals. The chair will not recognize floor speeches to weigh in on the debate. Voting on the outcome of debates shall be done by hand or acclimation.
